Today a new opt-out system for organ donation comes into force in England.
This will enable up to 700 extra transplants per year, benefiting thousands of people who are waiting for a transplant in the UK.

A great inservice training today - learning about the use of kinesiology tape for oedema management and muscle activation. We even got to have a go on some of our therapy colleagues. Do any of you use kinesiology taping regularly in your practice and have a story to share? 🤓✂️
This week our stroke therapists have taken part in a ‘step up’ challenge, ensuring they do atleast 10,000 steps a day. As a team they hit a massive 508,735 steps in 5 days, with Misha doing a whopping 80,072!

• Facilitated a baking group with our patients 🧁
• Taken a patient into the kitchen to make a hot drink and some toast ☕️
