Jess

[BK @kokoski]

After dedicating my time towards @DioneProtocol since August 2022, I'm stepping back to focus on new ventures.

I could write 10,000 words explaining why what we built at Dione is unreplicable by 99% of crypto founders. But I’ll just show you the receipts instead.

BEFORE AI made coding accessible to the masses, here’s what we delivered. Study it. Because what I build next will make this look like a warm up.

THE FOUNDATION:
Fair-launched $DIONE on Ethereum in August 2022 (bear market bottom).
Then we did what 99% of projects talk about but never do: We built our own Layer 1 blockchain. Complete migration. Testnet + Mainnet deployed. Odyssey L1 is live.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE:
✅ Full L1 stack: Explorer, Portal, RPCs, Faucets, Network Monitors
✅ 3 wallet types: Mobile (WalletConnect, 2FA, biometrics), Browser, Staking Extension
✅ Dual bridges: Token + NFT (Ethereum ↔ Odyssey, fully functional)
✅ Staking V1: 345M+ $DIONE staked at peak. 1% monthly rewards.
✅ NFT ecosystem: 2,500+ Elysium 88 NFTs, yield farms, staking multipliers
✅ Vesting tracker, Odyssey Name Service, OdysseyGo SDK
✅ 15,000+ on-chain users
✅ 50,000+ CEX users
✅ All successfully audited by crypto’s #1 security firm, Hacken, with ZERO exploitations or issues.

THE BREAKTHROUGH:
✅Orion Solar Validators - World’s first AI-powered solar-based remote validators. Proprietary green energy detection. DePIN infrastructure. Live in beta.

THE ECOSYSTEM:
✅AmaraSwap: Perpetual DEX for carbon credits (exclusive to Odyssey mainnet)
✅Dione Portal
✅Dione Bridge
✅Ozma: AI co-pilot for crypto education (live)
✅Cre-8: Launch platform (testnet live)

THE INTEGRATIONS:
✅ DEXTools
✅ Alchemy Pay
✅ PawChain
✅ Tangem
✅ Gate Io
✅ Mexc
✅ LBank
✅ Bitmart
✅ XT
✅ Biconomy
✅ CoinDCX
✅ Zebec
✅ CMC
✅ CG
✅ Ethereum wrapped token

THE COMMUNITY:
📊 120,000+ on X (organic)
📊 200,000+ across Discord/Telegram (real people)
📊 Trended globally on X multiple times (millions of impressions)
📊 Fox 5 TV coverage
📊 Top 400 crypto ranking in 10 months
📊 Token2049 attendance
📊 Dione x BRETT x Zebec Yacht
📊 Consensus attendance
📊 Paris Blockchain Week attendance
📊 Binance AMA (13K+ viewers)

Fair distribution from day one:
- <5% team/supply control
- No VC dilution
- No dumps on holders
- Fully decentralized

HOW WE FUNDED ALL OF THIS:
2% trading tax. That’s it.
Paid for:
- Payroll (entire team)
- Marketing (global campaigns, influencers, Meta ads with 15M impressions)
- Development (50+ deliveries)
- Operations (everything)

ACCELERATIONS:
✅ Accelerated the growth of OVPP providing early stage funding, community growth, presale hosted, airdrop campaign hosted, social media support, development resource support, and strategic consultation.

THE TRACK RECORD:
✅ 100% delivery rate maintained across 3.5 years
✅ 50+ deliverables shipped on schedule
✅ 15 major releases in single months
✅ Survived 2022 bear as one of the strongest ETH projects
✅ Migrated to L1 with 1:1 fairness (how many projects pulled this off?)
✅ Known as one of the strongest projects of all time on Ethereum

THE REALITY:
- Most projects promise the world and deliver nothing.
- We delivered a full L1, DePIN hardware, 6 live products, 15K users, 320K community members, global integrations, and a sustainable business model.
- All without taking a single dollar from VCs.

WHERE WE ARE NOW:
- The team remaining is strong. The infrastructure is built. The products are live.
- Odyssey L1 is operational. The vision continues.
- The team is actively working on handing off the Baton to the community to transition to a FULL Governance model on-chain

WHERE I’M GOING:
I’m stepping back to build what’s next, which may or may not be Web3 related.

To the founders watching: This is the standard.

To everyone who supported from day one: You know what we accomplished together. Grateful.

To everyone watching what’s next: Stay tuned. BK.

AMARA × AlliedOffsets

We’re excited to announce a major partnership with AlliedOffsets, one of the most respected carbon market intelligence platforms providing data and analytics across the global voluntary carbon market. AlliedOffsets tracks data across 35+ carbon registries and tens of thousands of carbon projects and buyers worldwide, delivering pricing insights, benchmarks, and market intelligence used by companies, investors, and market participants across the carbon ecosystem.

They are also the team behind widely referenced carbon benchmarks like Tradable20 and AO500, which track pricing across some of the most actively traded carbon credit projects and provide transparent market signals in an otherwise fragmented market.

Through this partnership, AlliedOffsets will power the oracle pricing for the Tradable20 carbon assets on AMARA’s PerpDEX, bringing reliable carbon market data directly on-chain.

This marks an important step toward connecting two rapidly evolving markets.

Perpetual DEXs processed trillions in trading volume last year, yet none of that liquidity has touched carbon markets.

Meanwhile, the voluntary carbon market is projected by AlliedOffsets research to grow from $1.3B today to potentially $161B by 2050.

Two massive markets. Zero overlap — until now.

With AlliedOffsets powering AMARA’s oracle layer, we’re opening the door for carbon markets to become a tradable asset class in DeFi.

AmaraSwap is Now Live on Odyssey Mainnet

A major milestone for the Dione Protocol ecosystem.

The team behind @AmaraeXchange has successfully deployed AmaraSwap on Odyssey mainnet, activating the native liquidity layer for the network.

AmaraSwap enables users to:
• Trade tokens on Odyssey
• Create liquidity pools
• Provide and remove liquidity

Incubated by Dione Protocol, Amara is building the core DEX infrastructure powering liquidity across the Odyssey ecosystem.

Next: the Amara Perpetual DEX, introducing synthetic carbon markets and climate-linked derivatives on-chain.

Liquidity is coming online. The foundation is set. The Dione ecosystem is just getting started. ⚡️

The Perp DEX Market Has Exploded — AMARA Is Building Where Nobody Else Is

Perp DEX volume hit $7.9T in 2025.

None of it touched carbon markets.

While platforms like Hyperliquid, Aster, and Lighter compete over the same synthetic crypto pairs, the EU ETS alone generated €38.8B in revenue in 2024.

AMARA is opening that gap.

We’re building the first perpetual DEX giving traders long/short exposure to carbon markets .

Oracle-based execution.
No order books.
Fully on-chain.

This isn’t about competing for BTC perp volume.

It’s about bringing an entirely new asset class into DeFi infrastructure.

Perp DEX volume surged 346% YoY to $6.7T on decentralized venues (CoinGecko).

At the same time, carbon markets are tightening under new 2040 climate targets.

Two massive markets.

Zero overlap.

Until now.

Try the AMARA testnet.
Trade carbon perps.

Then tell us who else is doing this.

AMARA is entering a new phase.

We’re proud to welcome Michael Yiin as an official advisor to AMARA.

Michael has overseen S$5B+ in carbon financing and biodiversity initiatives, operating at the level where real climate capital is structured, deployed, and scaled. His experience brings AMARA direct exposure to institutional-grade sustainable finance.

He has worked with 10,000+ listed companies globally and sourced 1,000+ ESG leads across Africa, MENA, and Asia, giving AMARA deep access to international markets and real-world deal flow.

As Founder of TrinityEco, Michael ranked Top 28 globally at the Entrepreneurship World Cup and holds 2 US patents via Nokia’s IPHatch program, combining innovation with institutional credibility. He also advises sovereign-level climate initiatives, where policy, capital, and infrastructure converge.

As AMARA expands across Base and Odyssey, building long-term utility and structure, this advisory addition is a major credibility and execution unlock.

This is not speculation.
This is infrastructure.
This is real capital meeting Web3.

Welcome to the mission, Michael.
