Really liked the idea of having the students count slow. You model and have them do the same. My Kindergarteners tend to count really fast when counting 1:1 and skip a few objects when countng. Also liked the game with the wooden block with action words/dice. #ianuns

Like the idea of having students counting on starting counting on with larger numbers. Also when they are rote counting when they get to 20, 30 holding up 2 and 3 fingers to indicate what comes next. #ianuns
