@British_Airways@Hetti_Liz The woman I spoke with on the phone couldn’t have been less helpful. Couldn’t tell me anything other than the bags aren’t coming today. We were told NO bags were on our flight yday and also promised they’d be on one of the two flights today but the person I spoke with said not
@British_Airways allowed our flight to take off without a single bag loaded, there’s no way of speaking to anyone - the number we were given says they’ve got too many calls (so you’ve just turned it off?) and the digital tracking says our bags are missing.
Oporto Sports client and former @OUFCOfficial head coach Michael Appleton has released a statement following the announcement of the death of former Oxford United player, George Baldock, at the age of 31…
“I was saddened to learn last night of the passing of George Baldock.
“I signed George on loan twice, during my time at Oxford United, and the spells he had for me and for the club were magnificent.
“I will always think of him, and that group of players, and will regard it as an incredibly special time in my life, and George played an immeasurable part in the success we shared.
“He was a great kid; intelligent, a true professional, and very unassuming given his ability on the pitch. He has a young family, and my thoughts at this time are with them. I feel for them, and for his parents and his older brother, Sam.
“You will be missed, George, and I and so many other people will remember you for your impact on the field, but more importantly for the person you were.”
