@TicketmasterCS @oasis last night during presale before u suspended my acc, citing I’m a bot. I was offered 4 of this very ticket for around £78. I lost all access, ballot code gone 💔no help!Today I waited 7 hours to find the same ticket for £239! Thieves! No better than a tout!

@bluemoonstar Try getting a presale code and getting through to tickets last night and then being told your a bot - no help from TM. Soul destroying indeed. only tickets available for seated presale were in the gods & seemed behind the stage - looking for diff tickets was my downfall. Gutted!

@rachelpadden It shouldn’t! Even the presale code - offered me tickets BEHIND THE STAGE! so I clicked deselect tickets or something and it threw me off. I had to queue 3 times and then it said I’m a bot. Thinking I should have just taken the very back of the top section behind stage now! 😭

I’m cross but also trying to keep it all in perspective- I’ll not buy through ticketmaster again though! Fancy getting a golden ticket and then @TicketmasterUK screwing your over! It’s like a little club!
