@Delta Who assigns the bassinets? The people I check in with or at the gate? What if I check in online ahead of time on my app? Can seats be reassigned then? Sorry - just trying to understand it completely so I can do it right. Would rather have a happy baby on a 14 hour flight! :)

@Delta traveling with infant from ATL- SYD and back. Trying to get bulkhead seats so we can request bassinet. No one seems to be able to help us. Customer service says to get to airport early to request bassinet, but how can we get bassinet if we aren’t in the right seats? Help!
