@Deliveroo_AU seriously what type of non delivery service are you running?
I ordered at 6:20.. my food has been sitting cold on a bench for 20 mins already
Umm @iiNet what is going on here?! @NBN_Australia reckons youโve cancelled our request for repairs to the overhead cable connecting our house with the network. WHY? Weโve been waiting for 7 WEEKS now! Surely not repairing an existing system contravenes Australian consumer law.
@iiNet Nbnโs own website about the chip shortage says repairs will still be carried out to existing connections (us) and we donโt even NEED a chip, just a length of cable to connect our existing box to the overhead wire.
Another day, another shitty customer service call with @iiNet trying to get someone to run a cable from the street to our existing @NBN_Australia box and modem. WE DONโT NEED A CHIP JUST GET SOMEONE TO RUN A CABLE. Could you be any worse? Solve it today or we cancel
@NBN_Australia we have been trying for six weeks to book a technician to reconnect our NBN CABLE (which was fire affected, box is fine) and between @iiNet and you we canโt even secure a booking. CAN WE SORT THIS OUT TODAY PLEASE!?! We donโt need a chip we need a connection!
When some fixings on my travel pack broke, @OspreyPacks sent me a shipping label, then replaced my $350 pack with a new one - when all I wanted was some replacement zip toggles and clips. I sort of expected @eaglecreekgear to offer the same service level as their competitors. 3/3
So disappointed in @eaglecreekgear quality and service. Iโm a bit obsessed with their compression #packingcubes . But when the zip fell off my latest set on the first use (poorly stitched), no one will help unless I spend $30 posting it to the USA for inspection 1/2
@eaglecreekgear making me spend $30 of my own money to return a faulty product I already spent $70 AUD on is just a dick move. When the cost of manufacture is maybe $1.50, youโre not going to replace the zip ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ 2/3
Moved into a rental in an NBN area - find out the house is not connected to NBN. @NBN_Australia tells us today we will be connected by 29 SEPT. More than 2 months!?!?! IN WHAT UNIVERSE IS THAT TIMEFRAME ACCEPTABLE? we're in a mobile blackspot trying to work from home. Help!
Ordered a bike stand from @Kogan. Arrives in a ripped box with missing pieces. Customer service tells me to go source the missing pieces (who knows what they are?) myself at hardware store. I donโt think thatโs how #australianconsumerlaw works ๐คAnother one for you, @acccgovau
