@JEChalmers Please rethink the min 30% CGT on EFTs. Some of us low income owners who still won't be able to get into the property market have down our best with what we have and this is terrible for us. We tried so hard! :(

@AlboMP @AlboMP moved my strategy to EFTs because property is out of reach. It STILL will be for many years yet. I know I won't make it to retirement age and the 30% min CGT has screwed all I have done to work around the current mess. Please reconsider the min for low income earners :(.

@emurphybusiness @ClaytonsJustice I believe debt can be declared non-dischargeable on certain grounds over there (willful/malicious injury, fraud, false pretenses?).
Have to litigate that via BK Court proceeding & win though.
So more $/effort and perhaps a BK lawyer?
Will they get those $ back even if successful?

He criticized Trump's shallow response to question re: Kirk's death & Maga politicking. He'd called the shooting horrible & monstrous. No interpretation supports Trump's lie.

@instagram @SabalenkaA You know what's nice about this @instagram , I can actually watch the clip you shared. When friends share insta links in FB, it flips to another without loading the clip they shared. To get around this, I have to view while logged out... now, you've removed that ability🥺 Why?!
