In this year's convocation speech, I was glad to recognize our partnership with @ELPASO_ISD and @EPCCNews. Our Educational Talent Search team works at Bowie and Jefferson High Schools to serve as students' bridge to college. In the last two years, every student who participated in the program enrolled in a 2 or 4 year university. That is an incredible milestone.
