@Delta. Gate agent Mike at C14 at DTW is exceptional. He does a great job keeping everyone informed and makes people feel like they are being taken care of.

@delta. This makes 4 out of my last 5 trips from DTW to LEX that have been delayed for maintenance. You need to do better or cancel the route.
