He did not try to attack the officer with a knife at the time. There was no indication he wsd using the car as a weapon, you made that up. Yes for cops to shoot

If seems pretty odd the same area she is in is the same area there was report of 2 females fighting and 7 females arguing outside. It was already reported he was there for those 2 females, not the gf. And their children are in the car.

B. He wasn't doing anything illegal at the scene.
C. He is not a child rapist.
D. His escaping is not cause for deadly shooting.

Not once did lunge or walk to the officers or anyone else. Not obeying commands is not a lawful reason to shoot unless he went straight at the officers.
