I'm involved in a custody case.Where both parents are fit, the judge specifically said in the findings of fact there are no harm to their children. In either of the biological parents care yet.
Both biological parents have not been allowed to speak to their children in over a year with no harm.
Being a parent is one of the most fundamental rights, people can have.
