I’m not sure if this picture looks super appetizing or not, but this is delicious. I made a spicy garlic Tomkotsu Ramen with roasted chicken, fried mushrooms and a raw egg mixed in while the broth was still hot. And topped it with dried fish, and crispy fried chicken skin.
