@DineshDSouza That's a very ignorant statement. The "Calvinist" believes in the Biblical doctrine of election, and would never presume to declare any person to be a "goat," I.e., non-elect, or "reprobate."
So long as one has breath, there is the presumed possibility that he is elect.
