@TTChelps They were going to and returning from a destination ON LANSDOWNE AVE...Hence the use of Lansdowne station. Dufferin station is nowhere near where they were going...but thanks for the great advice...in fact your advice is as useful as your transit service.

@TTChelps My wife was denied help buy your fare collector at Lansdowne station today when she asked for help getting our daughter in her stroller down the stairs. There are no elevators. What are parents and disabled people supposed to do!? Fuck you!
