🚨 Boneless Chicken Wings Can Have Bones 🚨
In a 4-3 opinion, the Ohio Supreme Court has ruled that boneless chicken wings means the cooking style and does not guarantee the absence of bones. They went as far as to say the no jury could possibly believe a boneless wing would be free of bones. The court applies their logic to chicken fingers, saying a reasonable person knows they are not actually eating fingers.

I believe the dissent says it best: "The majority opinion states that “it is common sense that [the label ‘boneless wing’] was merely a description of the cooking style.” There is, of course, no authority for this assertion because no sensible person has ever written such a thing."

As a father of a two year old, I think it is very reasonable to assume a boneless chicken wing HAS NO BONES in it.

Follow up to my Cybersecurity Video.
A key part of any Business' Cybersecurity Plan includes Data Management and Access. How are you storing and protecting your client's data, and who has access to it? That includes both internal and external parties. Take the Rabbit R1, which is a handheld AI device. A group of developers and researchers called Rabbitude says it discovered API keys hard-coded in the company’s codebase, putting sensitive information at risk of falling into the wrong hands. Anyone could have accessed every response ever given by any R1 device. If you had asked a question with confidential client information, that data would now be exposed to anyone. You always have to be careful with which third parties you trust with access or control to YOUR client's confidential information. That little ai box looks cool but is it worth the potential penalty, fines, and headache? Always do research with third-party services and devices.
