Some people have fit bodies… but exhausted spirits.

We spend so much time training our bodies, but what about our spirits?

Worship can happen as we move our bodies - praying while exercising, worship music in the headphones...

Be encouraged - you can have a fit body & soul.

Years from now, most likely we won't remember today's to-do list that feels so important...but perhaps we will remember the time we took to spend with a loved one or the breathtaking view during an unexpected detour.
