GALS! Just got Houston tickets; my friend was 650 in queue; paused never moved. She opened a new browser and put in texted ticket link and she went right through. Keep your original queue because the website crashed right after she purchased!

Someone said if access code gets kicked back just keep entering and don't ex out or refresh.

Someone who got tickets said if you get a kick back on your access code - do not refresh or ex out - just keep entering code over and over - hers eventually accepted.

Not sure the best answer but I would hang in there

@GracepJordan I see people on Twitter still being able to purchase so I would hang in there, don't refresh. Another time zone is about to gain access, so the site will probably get more congested.
Ticketmaster is "working on fixing site".
