@quizrollawin @ecroke @Ryanair @DublinAirport I spoke to a Ryanair advisor and they advised me to include everything within the complaint form. It was due to having insufficient de icers, not the weather. All Aer Lingus flights were arriving and leaving Glasgow airport fine

@Ryanair absolutely disgusting customer service. Left in the airport for 7 hours with no one from Ryanair advising us, then our flight is cancelled. Will be submitting a complaint and compensation for the money we have spent. Very disappointed we aren’t seeing our pad this week
