@Urchilla01 Actually
I have seen a family where the eldest son is the shortest son and he grew up in Nigeria while his other siblings who grew up outside Nigeria are wayyy taller than him π
We have a lot of issues that are to be settled in Nigeria and the NYSC uniform is definitely not one of them.
Nigerian government and misplaced priorities,5&6π€¦
Adire and Ankara canβt be the uniform for all NYSC members across the country. We are all not from the SW region.
The current uniform is sexless, detribalized and smart.
NYSC is still one of the few programmes that genuinely promotes national unity by exposing young Nigerians to different cultures, people and ways of life.
Rather than focusing on cosmetic changes like uniforms or ceremonies, we should be addressing the real issues affecting the scheme and investing in practical, long-term entrepreneurship education.
The FG should rethink this.
