When at @ASOS_HeretoHelp don’t read your messages 🤦‍♀️ My address is correct - as you can see by this calling card I received.... even though it was requested to be returned to asos. That’s not my car and I don’t know where my parcel is. And I’m now down over £100.

When @ASOS make you wait over a week for your next day delivery... confirm a request to return it to the warehouse and @dhlexpressuk leave it “under sliver car” and it’s nowhere to be seen. @ASOS_HeretoHelp 🙋‍♀️ Refund please
