@HRBlockAnswers I was about to file my return. Clicked on #TaxProReview to learn more. Don't want it, but there's NO WAY to remove from cart. Either pay $90 or start return from scratch. What gives?! I've been on hold at least 3 hours yesterday and today trying to resolve. HELP!
@HRBlockAnswers By the way, I ended up paying $90 for Tax Review Pro simply because I did not have the time to start my return over from scratch. I will be reaching out to your company soon to file a complaint. It might be a matter of time before someone takes legal action...
@HRBlockAnswers I do recommend that the product be fixed so that people are not "locked in" to a solution--a simple "are you sure? you cannot revert back to the previous product if you select this option" would help. Not only was I locked in to Tax Review Pro, I was forced to file an extension.
@HRBlockAnswers And by downgrading, this means that your entire return is wiped and you have to start over from scratch. Might I suggest a warning before someone selects this service? If it's a known downside, you'd think someone would have added a warning. Thanks for the fast reply by the way!
@CutForTime Adam! My hubby and I are attending your SF Sketchfest show on 1/17, his actual birthday. Would you consider saying Happy Birthday to Paul? I know it's cheesy, but he absolutely LOVES you guys and this gesture would make him so happy! I'll donate as a thank you!
