@ashleywahl_SPT I am also very critical of myself. My CI planned encounters that were appropriate and was honest about when she needed to step in. Her confidence in me helped boost my own confidence. I hope you had the same experience with your CI. #CCIVc2019
@carrollGWSPT I had the opportunity to do a lot of chart review in the inpatient setting. It was very helpful and became less intimidating the more I did it. #CCIVc2019
@MGulmi24 I instructed a patient on his HEP after discharge last week, and he knew every single one of the exercises and was already doing them at home. I finally found one he didn't know of to add to his cardiovascular conditioning program. Definitely a challenge #CCIVc2019
@keschutte This is tough for me to. I try to respect their grief without making it my own. I find it difficult to figure out how to approach asking questions while respecting the patient's need to process everything. #CCIVc2019
@BYUtahJazzSPT I couldn't agree more. We all know a lot more than we think we do. I find that if I speak confidently, if if asking questions of my CI, I can build a better rapport with patients. My CI was also great about timing of feedback. #CCIV2019
@carrollGWSPT I tend to over-guard too. My CI is straight forward so I have learned to trust myself when she trusts me. How has your CI helped? #CCIVc2019
