There's only 4 ways Military pairs with Federal Law: Executive Orders, National Emergencies, Proclamations, and Treaties.

Executive Orders: Do NOT require Legislation.

An EO can be revoked by a president.

Every National Emergency has an automatic 2 year termination clause, if it’s not continued beyond that 2 years.

“Joe” continued 8 Executive Orders with 8 National Emergencies invoked and declared by President Trump signed and declared from 2017 to 2020, that would have automatically terminated in 2 years after their declaration.

Those 8 EOs with 8 National Emergencies, alone, are what’s deporting illegal migrants, exposing fraud, waste, and money laundering in all Federal agencies, departments, companies, organizations, taking back the Panama Canal, eliminating stock and trader manipulation and fraud, all forms of human rights abuse, all Lawfare and election interference, combating opioids, drugs, and all forms of trafficking, etc.

The Adjutant General reports to the Governor UNLESS the National Guard are FEDERALIZED by Title 10.

The ONLY Title 10 Order that applied to this authority was EO 13912 signed March 27, 2020, that Federalized 1 Million Reserve Components. Reserves only serve a Federal Mission, not State like the National Guard.
