@astheravencalls@fiago7 Were you similarly friendly back? Because if you’re not, we take that as a signal you don’t want our company and leave you alone like you want.
@Jamie48326064@MarinasHammer If I were her I would consider my life in imminent danger. I don’t know if he’s coming back for round 2 and targeting me next. If anything she should have drawn faster.
@gothottytsunami@Mike__Gagliardi It’s been going on for like 35 years now actually. Father and I both went to Baylor and it was under construction when he went, then under construction in the same part when I went 20 years later. And now 10+ years later… still under construction. Utterly ridiculous.
@MartinIturriBi@Ruesavatar We also call it neighborhood! That and subdivision is relatively interchangeable, but neighborhood can also just describe a part of town rather than a specific subdivision, if that makes sense.
@MartinIturriBi@Ruesavatar I’ve never heard it called a housing estate and assumed Rue was non-American actually… we call them subdivisions in my neck of the woods.
@mh111417@anttsinc Also unfortunately know the area and you are 100% correct. They’re giving vouchers to get people out of the Lancaster area because I guess they want to have that part of town developed at the expense of Crowley.
I absolutely adore the beauty and artistry that goes into cathedrals, and the Sagrada Família is definitely unique even within that sphere. Touring it was one of the highlights of a trip I took several years ago and I hope to one day visit again now that it’s completed.
@mystery1080@ph409hhh So the migrants *are* a threat to the native populace then… sounds like people they should definitely be angry about being forced to live among.
@Keir_Starmer What about the native Irish that are continually attacked by imported migrants because of their background? Will the responsible migrants feel the full force of the law? Or does it just go one way?
I’m incredibly honored that voters have given us the opportunity to advance to the general election for Mayor of Los Angeles.
To the thousands of supporters who knocked doors, made calls, sent texts, donated, and opened their homes for events across the city, and to everyone else who made this moment possible: thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
Now our fight for a healthier, safer, more affordable, and more joyful Los Angeles continues. For too long, City Hall has prioritized giving political advantage to powerful interests that fund elections. Meanwhile, working people pay the price in higher rents, depleted services, and a city that has stopped working for them.
If you’re as frustrated by the broken status quo as I am, I hope you’ll join our movement to build a city that works for everyone.
