Further update, a colleague at @Raworths has just been informed that an application was stopped in Feb (no reason given), finally allowed to chase it today and was informed that 2 consecutive pages of the Will were not scanned in. They have requested a further copy #probatedelay

Following on from my recent article, the Ministry of Justice has just announced a 10% increase to probate fees, taking the fee from £273 to £300. The MOJ has stated that this increase will go towards "the continued improvement of service delivery". #probatefees #probatedelays
