#2 and #3 got away with it, this all happened in Canada.

@YogeshMadhukarr I have been severely scammed 3 times in business, All theft over $5000. ALL by Indians. Lady was credit card scamming, a cleaning crew helped themselves to a warehouse at 3 am, and a trucking company drove off with a forklift in the back and said they didn't have it. Scammers.
