@UPS Do not use UPS. I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of customer service reps. Next day air package that should have been delivered to me 12/4 still is being delivered”processed”. Are you kidding me? And if any management rep actually reads these then please dm me.

@UPS Can someone please call me this morning regarding a next day air package that is now 3 business days late of getting here? This is an urgent package and the sense of no urgency is really worrisome with UPS. Please dm me for number.

@UPS Nope. UPS is not reliable. You can’t speak to a live person at their customer service number. Even posting negative feedback on their socials get you nowhere. Do not use them and do not pay for their Next Day Air service. They claim they don’t deliver next day on the weekends.

@UPS Do not use UPS or any of their services. I am now on the phone speaking with a rep who is telling me they cannot locate my package physically in the Atlanta facility and this was a next day air that UPS has had in their possession since 12/4.

@UPS Yeah don’t pay for next day air. I did and still waiting 3 days later on my package. Even spoke with a UPS facility and they told me just this morning they cannot physically locate my package in their facility and it was not loaded on a truck but they know it’s there.
