@AvantiWestCoast I would have thought that the first thing you should do if you’re going to amend your timetable is let the people know who have booked through you and update your app. Very basic customer missing. What a poor job

Really impressed by some of the AV people working here at #COP26. So many things to manage: Zoom feeds, pre-records, wireless audio, multiple camera angles etc. Events people are the unsung heroes of conferences like this!
