​The evidence consists of a text chat log between Mr. Mo Sayed and General Khan.

​On January 12, 2021, Mr. Mo Sayed messaged General Khan inquiring about how to obtain a contract to supply the South African Police Service (SAPS) with branded face masks that he was manufacturing.

Ten minutes later, General Khan replied, asking for samples and pricing as soon as possible, noting that he was scheduled to meet with a potential contact the following evening.
