@virginmobilecan what happened? Your customer service was excellent many moons ago when I signed up but now it's not even subpar. A year ago when I changed my plan I asked several times if something was temporary and was assured it wasn't. 12 months later I find out it is.

@VMCcare 2/2 I asked if all of the features would remain permanent to the care specialist on the phone, and to the employee at the service kiosk in person and they both assured me they were. Now 12 months later, I no longer have data and was not notified and billed for overages.
