@GeorgiaDOL I can’t get anyone to help me a determination was made on my claim and I received a payment 3/31/2021 and it says that I’m supposed to receive this until 3/19/2022 but that’s the only payment I received. Every since the it says eligibility is pending determination. Why?

@GeorgiaDOL on my UI portal it’s not showing that my employer has requested weekly payment for me for the week of 4/18 they said they claimed last Friday.. What should I do

@Butler4GA Yes my claim was sent as a individual claim and the this morning I tried to claim my weekly and it says that my employer filed for me so I can’t claim.. I just got paid for 3 weeks where I was doing a individual claim

@loriduranxo @Butler4GA I talk to someone at GDOL and they told me that my employer actually didn’t fill for me like I thought so mine is a individual claim and those take 21 days.. Depending on when your employer filed for you it should kick out your individual claim and pick up your employers

@Butler4GA But I was told if we both file it would kick mine out and keep my employer.. If I already received a email that it was processed and can see how much I’m supposed to receive should I start receiving payment soon?

@GeorgiaDOL @Butler4GA I received a email April 3rd saying my claim was processed and I can even look up my UI status and see how much I’m expecting to receive but nothing else.. When should I expect to receive the payment from my claim?

@Butler4GA @cinderandbruno @Trumpnado2016 @GeorgiaDOL @BrianKempGA @USDOL If I applied on 3/27 what week should I claim 3/21 or 3/28 because it won’t let me claim 3/28 so I calmed 3/21 and it says I will get paid for 3/21 but not 3/28 this is what it shows I have emailed career center but no response
