Thanks!
@fascinatorfun 5 y old child I know was hospitalised with pneumonia last week caused by Strep A. Discharged but back to A&E with heart pain two days ago. She had Covid in March like the rest of the year group. Thankfully she’s getting better ❤️🩹
@Dr2NisreenAlwan@ONS Yep, both sets of my kids’ grandparents infected this week - all 75+ ( two shielders) One set in South Wales, the other SW London. Plus eight cases just in one reception class, while school sent out attendance warning letters at the same time…
@helencrofoot @sajidjavid@nadhimzahawi We got our first dose in Vienna a few weeks ago too. Amazing service. Then all caught covid on return. Do you know how they advise to wait for second dose after an infection? I can’t find any official advice. I see UK are spacing doses by 8 weeks.
@chrischirp 12 cases now just in one YR 3 class at my kids’ school in London. Siblings still attending so inevitable spread into other classes and households. HT said he wouldn’t improve ventilation because there wasn’t enough evidence.
@fascinatorfun Not that I know of to be honest. My daughter had a negative PCR on Monday, negative LFTs Sat, Sun and Tues, but I have not sent her to school this week.
@fascinatorfun My child (primary) sits next to a boy in class who’s Dad tested +ve. He was allowed to go to school on the basis of a negative LFT and PCR. That was Wednesday. By Friday both he had his mum had tested +ve. Siblings still allowed to attend. Nothing from school or T&T
