Dear hospitals,

Stop sending emails to remind clinicians to 'avoid unnecessary admissions' and 'prioritise safe discharges'. What do you think we do all day? It's offensive. It's unhelpful. It's gaslighting.

Staff are not the problem, nor the solution.

We are beyond capacity.
