Blake, you have taken a series of disputed allegations, circumstantial associations, qualified witness statements and incomplete forensic claims, removed every caveat, and presented them as though they conclusively prove Tyler Robinson murdered Charlie Kirk.

They do not.

Let’s examine every single point youve made, properly and objectively:

“A car matching Tyler’s own arrived on campus a few hours before the shooting.”

A car matching Tyler’s is not the same thing as Tyler’s car.

Where is the clear registration plate?

Where is the uninterrupted footage showing Tyler driving it?

Where is the unique identifying damage, sticker, modification or vehicle data proving that this specific car belonged to him?

A common make, model and colour may “match” thousands of vehicles.

Even if the prosecution eventually proved it was Tyler’s car, that would still not prove Tyler was driving it, that he went to the shooting position, that he carried the rifle or that he fired the shot.

You have taken “a similar car was recorded” and silently converted it into “Tyler arrived at UVU.”

Those are not the same fact.

“Surveillance footage shows a person resembling Tyler Robinson moving around campus.”

No. Surveillance footage shows an unidentified person whom the prosecution and certain witnesses say resembles Tyler.

Does the footage clearly show Tyler’s face? No

Is there a positive facial identification?
No

Is there an uninterrupted sequence following him from a clearly identified car to the alleged firing position and back again? No

Or does it show a distant, obscured figure wearing ordinary clothes, shoes and sunglasses?

Even Lance Twiggs, supposedly Tyler’s boyfriend and roommate, could apparently only say the person “looks like” him.

That is not a positive identification - it is a qualified opinion by a man who's dna was found on the weapon.

If someone who lived with Tyler and knew him intimately could not say with certainty that the person was Tyler, then you cannot honestly claim that the footage “shows Tyler Robinson.”
It shows a person.

Everything beyond that is inference.

“He lived hours away and had no known reason to be at UVU.”

Having no publicly known reason to be somewhere is not evidence of murder.

The absence of an explanation available to you does not establish criminal intent. Nor does travelling several hours.

People travel for reasons unknown to strangers on the internet every day.

Even proving Tyler was in Orem would not prove that he was the shooter.

“Data from Tyler’s cellphone tracks his presence in Orem.”

What data?
Precise GPS data?
Application-location history?
Wi-Fi connections?
Broad cell-tower information covering a substantial area?
How accurate is it? Metres? Hundreds of metres? Several miles?

Does it place the phone at the alleged firing position at the exact time of the shooting, or does it merely place a device somewhere in Orem that day?

And where is the evidence that Tyler personally possessed the phone at every relevant moment?

A phone being in Orem is not the same thing as Tyler being on a roof with a rifle.

Even if Tyler himself was somewhere in Orem, presence in the same city is not evidence that he murdered Charlie Kirk.

Thousands of people were in Orem.

Location evidence may contribute to a timeline. It does not identify the person who pulled the trigger.

“Tyler Robinson’s DNA was found on a screwdriver and rifle recovered at the scene.”

That is a grossly oversimplified description of the forensic evidence.
The firearm reportedly contained DNA from several contributors.

The forensic team did not recover a pristine, single-source Tyler Robinson profile exclusively from the trigger and announce that it proved he fired the weapon.

They interpreted the "most depleted" or lowest-level DNA component as possibly belonging to Tyler.

That is fundamentally different from the confident claim you have made.

Twiggs set Robinson up and mimicked his movement to appear as if it were the latter on campus, staging a rifle, running all over on camera, and not the former.

Twiggs has immunity and doesn't have to testify or be cross-examined, and all evidence says Robinson has been framed.
