@_its_clairebear At my current job, I had to use my leave time to get paid, and was only able to do that for 6 weeks. Past 6 weeks, I wouldn’t get paid, despite my leave time. My husband gets 4 EXTRA weeks of leave on top of his normal leave time 🙃
