@CashStar scam involving @Athleta ! Warning to anyone purchasing. I tried to contact cashstar to resolve but got 0 response. Athleta team aware of this issue too but unwilling to help.
@Athleta your sales team is aware of this issue (scam?) as confirmed on the phone yesterday and yet you aren’t doing anything about it. Be careful to anyone trying to purchase gift cards! I got this with a gift card code that matches their format but no pin (no help from Athleta)
@AmazonKindle there was a glitch and this book purchased loads of times. You've allowed me to return 4 copies, but still charged me for 3 and it says that I need to contact customer service to get help for the remaining 2, but then when you click the prompt there is no option

@Namshicares been trying to get in touch with someone for days now as you’ve delivered two damaged items and no one responds and I can’t submit it for a refund on the app as you’ve done on exchange for another faulty item. Can someone please respond?
Total count: 12 missing items, out of 30 total. Terrible service. I leave in a couple days and need the missing items delivered immediately. I’ve sent you photos of each missing item and the receipt and order number #badservice

Two weeks after receiving my shipment damaged and mishandled by @Aramex they are still “looking into the issue with relevant parties” and they’ll update me “soon”. Good thing I wasn’t holding my breath #customerservice
@Aramex To clarify, these are the two amounts I should be refunded:
440.76 aed for the cost of the products ($120 of coffee) and 344.75 aed for the shipping cost, as that’s the cost to ship the products you damaged beyond repair.
Total: 785.51
@Aramex But they said they made the reimbursement so surely they know the amount and have the receipt? Why wouldn’t they just respond and send it? Unless they didn’t make the refund as they told me.
So to cancel my @Spotify account I have to contact customer support, but when you do that it says it’s not available right now…nice one. Maybe just remove the lunatic spouting dangerous lies from your platform & you wouldn’t have a mass exodus of subscribers
@Aramex I’ve allowed you 9 weeks. Nine. Weeks. How much time do you need? Plus your agent called me on December 22 and promised in 1-2 days there would be a solution…so I guess that was a lie?
