@tirekingdom That is correct, I did not enjoy going in for a $70 oil change and tire rotation and coming out with about $4k in damage and poor customer service. I’ve dm’d, I’ve called, I’ve emailed. I’m being ignored. @tirekingdom

@tirekingdom put the wrong oil in my car. Refused to correct it. I called customer service and they made them correct it, they grossly overfilled it and damaged the engine. Over an inch above the full line on the dip stick

@tirekingdom customer service at your Lauderdale Lks is HORRIBLE (Marlin) bought 4 brand new tires from the location in which there should have been a LIFE TIME warranty and an alignment was done when the tires was done now they trying to sell another one a year and a half later

Location sunrise FL flamingo Road next to sawgrass mills shopping center.
Coupon used for oil change included rotation of tires.
Did not see the technician rotate ( take off the tires) tires.
The technician had key lock for the tires I gave..

Seems excessive charge $50 -power steering flush labor .
Also, car has less then 14,000 miles recommended replace first time power steering fluid. My brother had infinite car more than 140,000 never replaced Steering fluid
