Nebraska football coach Matt Rhule, previewing the spring game on Saturday, spent as much time on the basketball team as on football.
Rhule attended the two games in OKC last week and plans to fly to Houston this afternoon -- and again Saturday after the spring game if Nebraska is playing in the Elite Eight. He said he's also preparing to go to Indy next week.
Houston, we have a problem… 🌽🏀
The road to the Sweet 16 just got a whole lot more interesting.
Nebraska vs. Iowa.
Border battle. Bragging rights. Madness.

🚨CRAZY: Nebraska fans broke the db record in OKC's arena (where they won game 7 of the Finals):
115 decibles - Nebraska bball fans
112 desibles - OKC Thunder fans
115 db is the loudest recorded crowd at Paycom Center.
The refs, let's just say, are letting them play in OKC. Pryce Sandfort basically said, "Fine, if you aren't going to call that, I'll just make the shot through the foul." Huskers lead a heated one 39-32 at the half.
Buyuktuncel, Mast and Lawrence all have two fouls.
"The most impressive team in college basketball this week was Nebraska."
@JonRothstein points out that @HuskerMBB was still good enough to beat Michigan despite being down two starters.
