If your kid lost a board game, then accused everyone else of cheating, demanded they declare him the winner, and then set the game on fire so no one else could play.....you’d put them in time out from being the president, right?
@kumailn We’re getting together on Zoom. I’m planning to send/drop off a Thanksgiving care package to each family group with homemade treats and other fun things. Might organize some online games. We can still show love and care to our family without putting each other at risk. ❤️
‘It may take time, but your vote is worth counting for’ — 'Hamilton' star and musician @leslieodomjr is willing to wait for his vote to be counted for the sake of democracy #WaitForIt (via @representus)
@Lin_Manuel My kids get $1 coins, which makes that dollar seem a little more special. Also when I forgot to put the $ a couple months ago, I told my 8yo the tooth fairy was experiencing delays in service due to COVID-19...but he didn’t buy it. #hesontome
Watching #HamiltonFilm with the kids, who have only listened to (and love) the recording. 11yo: “That guy (@leslieodomjr ) is really nailing the voice!” 😂
@ripfuel45@MichaelHyatt If the number of people on death row is your main criteria, consider that while the % of DR inmates is similar(42% white/41% black), they represent a different % of the overall US population (76% white/13% black). Per capita the rate is much higher - pointing to systemic issues.

I faced discrimination, hatred, and internment because of my Japanese heritage, and because only a few people stood up for us. Today, Asian Americans are being unfairly labeled and attacked, this time as disease carriers. Raise your hand, friends, if you’ll stand up for us today.
