One of the highlights of my life was running into Gilbert in New York about a decade ago. I was in a rush trying to get to a table read, and as I was running on the sidewalk, I full on bulldozed a man carrying two paper bags full of groceries -

— nearly knocking his salami to the ground. As the dust settled, I realized it was Gilbert Gottfried! I apologized profusely and took a few seconds to tell him how much I had admired and looked up to him and he honestly appreciated it, which made me feel good.
