@virginmedia been trying to contact you to reschedule my visit. When I call or go online it says check back in 23 hours to book an appointment.

@virginmedia our Internet is down. AGAIN. This keeps happening, I get no answer on the phone, and no one has responded to my tweets from the last few times our Internet failed us. This is not OK.

@parcelforce earlier I got a text saying my delivery would be between 8pm-9pm this evening. I just got another text saying delivery attempt at 7.13pm. There was no attempt. I am home and no-one rang the doorbell or knocked on the front door.
I would still like my parcel today...
@virginmedia I've been on hold on the phone for an hour and was cut off last time I called you.
This is now the 5th time I'm contacting you with the same problem. I just want to speak to someone and resolve this issue.

We have been 24 hours without Internet now along with constant problems and still NO response from you...

@Hermesparcels I have been expecting 2 parcels from you today with the same delivery slot. I just got an email from you saying I wasn't in...however you dropped off 1 parcel to me but the other was nowhere to be seen. I was clearly in as you managed to deliver half...not cool...
