@GlobalCalgary This wouldn’t be happening years ago. Now everyone just wants to play victim and complain and whine. It’s what people do. We have to quit appeasing them. It’s Stampede in Calgary, book a vacation or buy some ear plugs.
@EricFrancis I legitimately think I may cry when it’s gone. It has been part of my life since I was a child. It’s the first thing I see when I fly into Calgary. Old… but I love the Dome.
@MarkJCarney You wouldn’t have to do this if it was affordable to live in Canada. Also, we could almost all use it. Once again, a hard working family gets screwed.
@CalgaryPolice I have zero issue with people going 120-25 ish. Keeps the flow going. But this 150 plus late at night is getting crazy. I drive home from work at that time and see it all the time. Scares the crap out of you when they pass you.
@CTVNews Classic Liberal Government of Canada. Make life unaffordable for the citizens, tax us to death, and then we are expected to pick up the slack and fill the food banks with what little money we have. Quit giving our money away when we need it!
@mobinfiltrator I can’t even imagine the stress that she was experiencing being in the middle of an active shooter incident, seeing one of her co workers getting shot. I’m not surprised for one second that she saw a figure behind her and assumed it was the shooter. No way I’m judging her.
