#WhyDoCompaniesGoPublic#IPOTalks
My Dearest friend,
Going public is serious business. It's not one of those things you use to "pepper them" as a business please. There's alot of strategy, reposition, transactional fees, paperwork and a team behind it.
@savvymoneygirl Also let me add that when one engage third party applications whether for local or foreign, there are additional charges asides statutory. I’m saying one should just pick their poison.
Your stance is respected!
@savvymoneygirl Now, there’s no Trading License Holder that will give lower than what I shared earlier on Buy/Sell EXCEPT your transaction volume is running into milllionsssss as in not one off transaction.
@savvymoneygirl …roughly above 4% to breakeven. We’ve had stock move way above 4%. Some companies have paid dividend as high as 23/45NGN per share.
Asides capital appreciation, there’s cash reward such as dividend.
Be encouraged!
Look for a platform whose charges you can accommodate!
💪🏻
@savvymoneygirl I appreciate your interest in the Nigeria Capital Market.
Except you want to stick to just Public Offers and Right Issues. Secondary market bear statutory charges.
Look on the bright side, if you buy a stock for 4NGN, you may need to wait till price move…
@savvymoneygirl There are statutory charges each time you buy and sell stocks. Emphasis on statutory charges. Even IF brokerages charges are eliminated, statutory charges goes nowhere!
Standard:
On the buy side 1.83215%, Sell 2.17625%
We are OUTSIDE this weekend!!!🥳🥳🥳
Shiffu be asking me how can we be among the first 100 people??😊
SMH! He will just wake up and realize he’s number 2😎😎
