@nextofficial been trying to get hold of you to change my delivery address for an item I ordered this morning. Chat service is not available for the furniture department and after being on hold for 2 hours, the call was cut on your end! Awful help service..when the item was £400!

@nextofficial absolutely disgusted!! Been on hold on the phone for 2 HOURS and just got through and YOU CUT ME OFF!! I have spent hours (since before 10am) trying to speak to someone about my order (chat and on call)! Your customer service is shocking!! Definitely complaining!
