Five-time British champion, three-time Championship medallist and two-time Olympian.
Congratulations to Jessie on an amazing career and all the very best for whatever the future holds! 🙏
1/ The @BritAthletics policy of only taking medalists and top 8 athletes is going to hinder not only an athletes development but also their chance to become full time athletes. I know that their policy standard (for a lot of events) is based on the IAAF standard.
Has anyone in the U.K. heard of athletics tracks requiring coaches to hire lanes, pits etc as a response to insurance requirements. Hiring being the condition required to continue to coach.
Also has anyone been challenged on their coaching insurance?
