For 48Hrs Feeeland held 2 jobs before telling Carney. Freeland then tells Carney she has a new job being the Economic Advisor for Ukraine and Carney allowed her to keep both jobs for another 17 days. This is beyond Conflict of Interests this is out right corruption considering she was in her new job in the Ukraine when Carney handed over another $2.5B.

They kept it a secret.
