@AmericanAir strikes again. Mechanical delays. They reschedule him on a next day flight. He just drives the 2 hrs. They won’t give him his luggage bc it’s on his rescheduled flight. He hasn’t had bags since Friday and when we called on hold for 7 hours and then hung up on.

@AmericanAir So my first flight was delayed and I’ve called customer service and the gate agent to ask to change my flight to fly home with my husband and there was zero consideration of our circumstances. Worst customer service.

@AmericanAir Was told if my flight was delayed I’d be able to change flights and fly home with my husband who is soon being deployed but I get to the gate and they say they can’t without charging my several hundred dollars to switch flights

It’s been 20 minutes so I call them and they say “it’s your turn, we are trying to call you so we will transfer you to an agent now.” I’ve now been on hold 18 more minutes. Over an hour of hold time and I still can’t talk to an agent. Terrible customer service!

@AmericanAir first flight is delayed so missing connection. AA books me on flight out of JFK 50 minutes after my flight lands at LGA. Not going to work. So I call and get connected with an agent and the call drops. I call back and they say they will call me back in 20.

Left my gym bag at home today so I called my husband to drop it off at my coworkers and he brought it in. Got to the gym and realized I didn’t have a sports bra. Go upstairs to find a sports bra in my desk. I guess you can call today a success? Turning lemons into lemonade.

I’ll consider it a compliment that multiple coworkers have approached me to talk about the American girl who won @nycmarathon. Although, they have no idea what it takes to be @ShalaneFlanagan. I’ve got my own ambitious goals to chase down and to me they’re just as crazy.
