Linebackers:

When you’re striking a blocker, hand position is key.

Aim for the:

-V of the neck (midline)
-Near shoulder

And grab some jersey so you can get a Push/Pull.

There are 2 ways to get over a Down Block:

1. Dip and Rip
2. Shock Tech (Strike, Push/Pull)

Either way, stay TIGHT and fight the pressure.

Don’t get washed.

Beat the block and make the play.
