@AskKlarna I have called them several times, I answer the same questions. A dispute is raised, klarna knock it back despite having a crime reference number.

@AskKlarna so after someone spent £900 on my account, which I reported around 40 mins after noticing , again Ive recieved an email stating you can find no fraud, despite action fraud providing a crime number! Disgusting company!

Someone opened a klarna card in my name, Klarna are being really difficult insisting I am liable for the £900 that was spent in the 10 mins before i noticed the transactions! Id love help towards the debt or money towards legal advice #PrettyLittleWishes

@AskKlarna Or i may have been a victim of fraud and need to get police to investigate. The police wont investigate a cyber crime for value of £900 and klarna know that. Also klarna deny action fraud crime number indicates a crime happened, again inaccurate
